MJ Aircraft Inc., formerly known as Custom Aircraft Interiors by MJ, has been in operation since 1967. What began as a hobby for our current CEO, Joyce Newman, has developed into a multi-service one stop interior installation facility. Our new 9,000 sq. foot building allows us to service 3 large corporate jets at any given time, allowing us to easily accommodate your scheduling needs.

We encourage our clients to participate in the designing phase, from choosing leathers and fabrics to redesigning cabinets and seat style. If you prefer, our designers will create a layout for your approval. Our full-time staff of 16 will work with you one-on-one to achieve the desired look of your refurbished interior.

If entertainment needs are your foremost concern, we offer installation of a variety of Airshow systems, some complete with DVD players and satellite television. For group entertainment viewing, you might want to consider installation of a flat screen video monitor, either with rotating arm attached to the seat armrest for individual viewing or installed flush with the bulkhead paneling for complete passenger enjoyment. For your passengers' enjoyment, installation of a miniature color video camera, which portrays the entire flight from the pilot's perspective, might be the option for you.

If you desire a new look for your interior but are uncertain of where to begin, our skilled craftsman can provide you with a variety of designing plans for the woodwork in the aircraft. Simply changing the color of the laminate or style of veneer can dramatically change the atmosphere. If you are looking for something a little more exotic, a wide variety of wood veneers are available with high gloss finishes for cabinets and tables, with a variety of plating options available for interior trim items.

We are also a certified distribution and installation center for Avtec Lighting. This new indirect lighting system uses fiber optics for greater reliability and lower maintenance costs. The fiber optics can be installed for both indirect and reading lights to create a softer, in-flight atmosphere with the option of adjustable color.
